Client Review : Go Bald To Bold With Non Surgical Hair System
Hi, I am an entrepreneur and this is my story. I started loosing my hair at the young age of 35, it started with a receding hairline, and then with a blink of an eye everything was gone. I had male pattern balding stage 5 within a span of 6 months. Yes, from a crop of hair to almost no hair in a matter of 6 months. I do not know why or how that happened, but it did and surely left a scare on my confidence. From a social animal I became a loner. I started avoiding friends and family. My friends started calling me names, said I was now the uncle of group. All this just shattered me inside. Not only this, since I was looking for a life partner, I started getting rejected on the basis of my hair.. . hair loss can be a night mare and I was going through that nightmare. I had no idea what to do, where to go, whom to talk to. All this was only leading to depression. I was avoiding all family functions and social gathering. I would never step out without a cap or a bandana. This was just killing me inside. I started dressing up casually to my office as I could not wear a cap on formals. I was the talk of the town everywhere or so I felt. I felt I was being judged all the time. I started envying guys with good hair. I started changing as a person. From a very fun loving, heart of the party to a loner
Not only this, since I was looking for a life partner, I started getting rejected on the basis of my hair.. . hair loss can be a night mare and I was going through that nightmare. I had no idea what to do, where to go, whom to talk to.
One day while glancing through a magazine I came across an Ad of this company, this is back in 2015. So I decided to take the Ad at the face value and visited this so called very well known company who claimed to be masters in the field of Hair Replacement. I must say that I was impressed with the interiors, but the minute they gave me a quote of Rs 1,50,000, it freaked me out . Not only this, they took a consultation fee from me of Rs1,500 just to give me a lecture for 2 hours about why hair loss happens which I already knew. I assume the reason why they charge so high is because they had a swanky big office with all these big screens and different rooms that they take you in and talk about how the system takes 3 months to order and it comes from UK and Australia, and that they will take samples from my head and specially make a hair piece for me. Well, I walked out as I felt I was being fooled. I just could not agree to associate with them, something felt off.
I definitely did not want to go in for a hair transplant as even just the thought of it scars me. I am someone who cant even take a prick, let alone a surgery that also on my head. No no no, the ans was no to Hair Transplant!

I told them all of my concerns and they said that it was because i was not used to hair on my head, they convinced me that it was normal and that i was looking fine. Well, I took their word for it thinking the they were professionals and knew what they were doing. The next day was the most crucial for me as it was my new look day. I knew people would be critical but i did not expect them to make fun of me. I was in my cabin and my head of sales who also happens to be my relative comes up to me and asked me why was I wearing a wig. It looked so fake.
Well that was it, my confidence shattered again. My whole focus was on my hair now, i just could not think of any thing else. However i continued with it thinking that atleast i have hair on my head and the centre people did mention that it would settle in a few days.
1 fine day after 6 months my technician tells me that my system is torn from the centre and it will not last more that 10 days max so i will have to order another one.
I was asked to do a service every month, but within the first 5 days my system was loose so i had to go to the hair centre, on reaching they said it happens sometime since i was new to it and so they did a service and charged me. Another week passed and my system was loose again, so yes I go back to them again, this time the excuse was that may be i sweat too much. Again they charged me Rs 1,500. It became a routine. This kept going on, it got to a point that i had to do a weekly servicing. Not only that, 1 fine day after 6 months my technician tells me that my system is torn from the centre and it will not last more that 10 days max so i will have to order another one. Wow, i am thinking to myself that they said the system would last for a minimum of a year but here i am not even 7 months of wearing the system and i need to shell out another hefty amount on the system.
My work involved a lot of travel, and the same led me to Mumbai. Luckily this company had centres all over India so i was a little relieved with my servicing. When I came to Mumbai they had a centre in Bandra which is close to where I was staying so this is my first time visiting this centre in Mumbai. I called and booked my appointment with them, but guess what the technician came 1 hour late. On asking the reason of his arriving late, i was learnt that there were only a total of 3 technicians across all their centres in Mumbai and that waiting was a common thing. It came to a point that it got very annoying and I didn’t know what to do so again I started doing a lot of research in Mumbai and across India I visited a lot of places some centres you would just walk in and walk out by just looking at the places.. Finally I came across a place called Infiniti Hair Club in Mumbai and I went to visit them, I did a lot of research on this company once burnt twice shy, the reviews were excellent they had videos on you tube and in fact I also met the owner Alka Verma, a young and beautiful entrepreneur. I told her about the nightmares that I was going through. She patiently heard me out and then explained to me the entire process. At that point I knew that I was at the right place, the staff, the technicians, and Alka herself were extremely professional. The ambience of her place Infiniti hair club was so positive.
After analysing my system, Alka pointed out a few nitty gritties and I realised she was correct. She mentioned so many things that made sense. Finally i felt that i have come somewhere where they know their stuff. She showed me a range of systems and helped me finalise on the one that fit the bill. I was quite happy with the system qualities she showed me and was ready to go ahead with it. I was lucky enough that Infiniti hair club had the size i needed available on that day. She explained me the entire process and how to take care of the system, how to wash it , dry it and style it. I went ahead with the process and it has been 5 years now that i am still with Infiniti Hair Club.
Alka Verma and her team have changed my life, their work is outstanding. Today my hair system does not look like a wig, it looks natural, in fact people don’t even know that i am wearing a hair piece and moreover I love my hair. My service time has come down drastically and i feel happy and confidant.
My suggestion to anyone who is going through hair loss issues and anyone who is thinking of going in even for a hair transplant, please once look at this option of non-surgical hair transplant and please visit Infiniti hair club and ask for Alka Verma. This is one place that anyone who has hair loss issues should visit.
Thank you Alka Verma and your outstanding team at Infiniti hair club.
